Rift to Rockies Provisions maintains FDA registration as an importer of record for macadamia nut products as required under 21 CFR Part 1, Subpart H. Registration number available for supplier qualification.
We maintain a Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) in compliance with 21 CFR Part 1, Subpart L (FSMA). Supplier verification records and hazard analysis documentation available on request for qualified buyers.
All macadamia nut products are classified under HS Code 0802.62 (shelled macadamia). US import duty rates and any applicable trade preference claims are confirmed at time of shipment.
Product Classification: Tree Nut — Macadamia. Our macadamia nuts are processed in a dedicated macadamia facility in Kenya. Allergen cross-contact statement and full allergen documentation available per lot. FALCPA-compliant labeling guidance provided on request.
